I'm Christian Lutz.
An independent developer and creative technologist based in Bavaria. I build websites, AI-powered workflows and small tools — for businesses with a concrete problem, and for ideas that need a first working version.
Background
I have worked on web software for years: interfaces, applications and, more recently, automation and products that I build and run myself. That mix is why projects here do not fall apart at the border between design, development and operations.
How I work

Usable outcome first
A project is finished when it can be used — not when it looks impressive.

Short feedback loops
I show something real early. Corrections are cheap while they are still early.

Direct collaboration
You talk to the person who builds it. No handovers, no layers in between.

Naming the limits
I say what I do not do and where an approach will not hold. That saves both sides time.
Own projects
Products that started from my own questions. They explain how I work better than any list of services: make it usable first, then keep building.
Otherwise
I write down what I learn while building, experiment with generative media, and I'm drawn to technology you can touch — from tools to aircraft.
