Small digital projects, built to be useful.
From a better website to a workflow that saves manual work, I take on focused projects with clear deliverables.
01
Websites & digital experiences

- Redesign of an existing site
- New service website
- Booking and contact flow
02
AI & automation
Practical workflows that remove repetitive steps, connect existing tools and get work done — instead of just looking impressive.
- Fewer manual steps in an existing workflow

03
Custom tools & prototypes
Small web apps, internal dashboards, calculators, customer portals and working first versions of new ideas. Finished enough to actually be used.

- Extendable when the need grows
Typical shapes
- Quotation calculator
- Internal operations tool
- Interactive demo
Website Rebuild Sprint

Fixed quote after a short discovery call
I quote a fixed price only once I know the scope. The difference between “cheap” and “not a fit” is usually just how it is cut.

After launch
Care, when it is needed
Hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates and limited support can be added as ongoing care. Scope and response times are agreed in writing beforehand, and it is deliberately limited — not unlimited.

No flat rate, an estimate instead
Automation and custom tools vary wildly depending on the starting point, so there is no public price for them. I estimate after a short conversation.
Get a project estimateFrom a problem to something working.
01
Understand
We define the problem, the intended users and what a successful result looks like.
02
Scope
I propose a concrete deliverable: scope, timeline, price and clear boundaries.
03
Build
I design and implement, with an agreed review point along the way.
04
Launch
We test, deliver and make sure the result is usable. Further improvements can be scoped separately later.
Most engagements are small, focused projects. More complex work is estimated individually.
Frequently asked
What projects fit?
Projects with a concrete problem and someone able to decide: a website that brings no inquiries, a workflow that costs time, or an idea that needs a first working version.
What is the minimum scope?
Small is fine, unclear is not. If the problem fits in one sentence and a result is reachable in a sensible timeframe, the conversation is worth having.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, most of it runs remotely and in writing. Meeting in Bavaria is possible when it makes a difference for a project.
Who owns the code and content?
That is part of the quote and agreed in writing beforehand. Usually the delivered project goes to you after full payment; third-party licences stay with their providers.
Can you maintain it after launch?
Yes, as ongoing care with a defined scope and defined response times. Anything beyond that is offered as its own small project.
What happens when requirements change?
Changes are normal. Anything beyond the agreed scope gets its own estimate, so timeline and price stay traceable.
How do payments work?
Every project is quoted in writing beforehand. The payment schedule is part of that quote.
Does one of these fit what you need?
Send me two sentences about the problem. If I'm not the right person, I'll say so.
